Karuna Warren

Karuna(a sanskrit name meaning Compassion) studied at Northwestern University, majoring in Civil Engineering and completed a published  thesis on Spirulina algae growth to clean contaminated waters. He also holds a Master's in Environmental Engineering from Florida International University (FIU).    

Karuna is the Sacred Fire Keeper for The Village. For the past ten years he has been participating and traveling with the Native American Church and First Nations ceremonies. He has also completed 4 years of sundance ceremony with the Navajo nation in Arizona, at the sacred 4 corners region. He is also working on expanding his healing practices of Thai massage and Reiki along with shamanic healing.
