Our Partners

The Village is a community that stretches far and wide and we are honored to work with a number of incredible organisations who help activate our mission and bring it to new levels through collaboration and co-creation. Learn more about our main partners below.

Produced by the Do LaB, a creative collective based out of Southern California, Lightning in a Bottle began in 2000 as a private birthday party in the Santa Ynez Mountains outside Santa Barbara and has grown into a public event. The Lightning in a Bottle festival is the perfect example of something that is greater than the sum of its parts: music, yoga, art, an eco-friendly ethos, a bucolic setting. www.lighteninginabottle.com

For fest-goers who want to have an eco-conscious experience and meet like-minded people rooted in a sustainable ethos, Symbiosis is an ideal hub. In addition to art, performance, creativity, and music, there’s a heavy emphasis on earth-consciousness. In addition to the music, there are many workshops, art projects, lectures, yoga classes, and alternative performances and experiences.

The Village team has been working with Symbiosis since 2010 and it was there that The     Village was first conceived as a cultural movement and festival space.  www.symbiosis.com

Unify creates globally synchronized events on Solstices and Equinoxes with a focus on celebrating our shared humanity around the world. At these times, all people are invited to meditate, host local ceremonies, pray and align with Source in their own way.

Unify believes that we are One Human Family, transcendent of race, religion, or nation. By unifying at these times we create a living demonstration of our underlying unity and an Emerging Planetary Culture, which embraces the interdependence and well being of all.

The Village is working with Unify on bringing synchronized events to festivals and to                                                                             initiate action based campaigns with festival goers.  www.unify.org

Over Grow the System is dedicated to raising awareness around our food system, sustainability, and how to live a life that is more in tune with nature. We also want to focus on supporting independent media outlets who are putting in hard work to educate and inspire people.

The Village works with Over Grow the System to promote their message at festivals and beyond. www.overgrowthesystem.com

The goal of the Permaculture Action Tour is to inspire and empower people with the tools and know how of co-creating a sustainable and regenerative world. Through bridging live music with earth-based practices and collective action, they bring a new sense of awareness, community, and personal potential to each audience member who attends The Polish Ambassador shows. This offers a way to make an impact towards positive change where people live while also having fun.

This tour is one step of many in making our cities greener, healthier, and happier places to live through the action of community.

The Village is working with the Permaculture Action Network to bring their projects and                                                                        work to festivals such as LIB. www.permacultureaction.org
